#1 complaint until now. "Lack of assembly instructions sent with the machines."- We now have assembly instructions shipped with every changer. Photo sheet with bolt diagram.
#2 complaint " My bar is getting stuck and I can't get this tire on all the way. What am I doing wrong?" The solution is in the Lubrication which is now described in the "Tips & Techniques" section. See: "Mount / Demount Bar" and our new videos.
Our Testimonials FAR out way any complaints we might get, however we pay the same attention to both, as they are equally important. My Favorite one is from the guy in Kansas city that called the day after he received his full changer system in the mail and said "It's so beautiful, I don't want to use it."
Now he was probably exaggerating a bit in order to pay us a compliment. But it still sounds good!
