They can be used typically "Point to point" or in cases where points will meet before clamping the wheel, just reverse one of the cones. These cones work very well for wheels with large offsets such as automotive type, newer BMW motorcycle and Ducati. GSXR 1000,Hyabusa, R1, R6, Buell, GL 1800 require these cones.
