Warranty and Return Policies

Please notify No-Mar Enterprises within 3 days of receipt, of any product damage or error other than shipping damage, else replacement responsibility is that of the purchaser.


Warranty

1 year Wear and Breakage on all changer parts. Finish is not warranted as contact points will produce normal wear. Patterns in finish may vary. We are not responsible for, and will not warranty parts
showing apparent "Misuse" or "Alteration" . Lifetime warranty on all plastic parts and components. Warrantees apply to original purchasers of our equipment and are not transferable. Product is automatically registered to buyer(s) at time of purchase. No-Mar has the right to request proof of ownership for warranty claims, or refuse said replacement. Proof must be in the form of a copy of original sales receipt or Sale Number and date of purchase.

Warranty claims are on products and parts only. shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. A $10.00 pre-paid shipping and handling charge will apply to all warranty exchanges.

  • 2. Select which part you are requesting and
    2a. Complete your order by checking out.
  • 3. Print out 2 copies of your receipt ( you will receive via email).
  • 4. Return all worn or broken parts
    AND a copy of your replacement receipt to

Return Shipping Address

If you are not able to complete your request via the internet, please send all worn parts and include a check or money order for $10.00 Shipping and Handling. Warranty claims will be processed with top priority. Shipping will be Fedex Ground and must not be routed to a P.O. Box. Parcels are not accepted at Post Office box's.

Sale of replacement parts

Sale of replacement parts is limited to original purchasers of our products. All parts are available for replacement. Pricing is on file in our offices. Present a copy of your original sales receipt or Sale number and date of purchase. Additionally, it is desirable to have the serial number of the changer if parts pertain to it.
