Warranty and Return Policies

Please notify No-Mar Enterprises within 3 days of receipt, of any product damage or error other than shipping damage, else replacement responsibility is that of the purchaser.

Warranty

1- Lifetime warranty on all plastic parts and components.
2- Finish is not warranted as contact points will produce normal wear. Patterns in finish may vary.
3- We are not responsible for, and will not warranty parts showing apparent "Misuse" or "Alteration" .
4- 1 year Wear and Breakage on all changer parts.
5- Warrantees apply to original purchasers of our equipment and are not transferable. Product is automatically registered to buyer(s) at time of purchase.
6- No-Mar has the right to request proof of ownership for warranty claims, or refuse said replacement. Proof must be in the form of a copy of original sales receipt or Sale Number and date of purchase.
7- Warranty claims are on products and parts only. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty Exchange Program

For qualifying warranty replacements,
1- Go to our warranty replacement parts page here.
2- Purchase the part to be replaced under warranty.
3- We will refund your purchase price when you return your equivalent worn or defective parts.
4- If you return fewer parts than purchased, your refund will be proportional to the parts received.

If you are not able to complete your request via the internet, please
1- Send us all worn parts and include a check or money order for $10 shipping and handling. (see address blow)
2- Return shipping (of worn or defective parts) is the sole responsibility of the customer.
3- Warranty claims will be processed with top priority.
4- Shipping will be Fedex Ground and must not be routed to a P.O. Box. Parcels are not accepted at Post Office box's.

Sale of replacement parts

Sale of replacement parts is limited to original purchasers of our products. All parts are available for replacement. Pricing is on file in our offices. You must present a copy of your original sales receipt or Sale number and date of purchase. Additionally, it is desirable to have the serial number of the changer if parts pertain to it. IF you are interested in purchasing a No-Mar part or item, for inclusion in/part of your own product; contact us for licensing information. Licensing and copyright infringements are vigorously pursued by our legal team and will result in litigation.

Shipping Disclaimer

No-Mar Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for the performance of shippers. Delivery times can vary. See terms of your shipping selection at our shopping cart. Damage by shipping company must be reported within 3 days of product receipt, else replacement responsibility is that of the purchaser.

Return Policy

1- Returns, for refund or credit, must be delivered to No-Mar no later than 30 days from the original date of sale accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
2- Only items that are in 'new' condition, are eligible for a refund. All others may be eligible for No-Mar credit, or replacement at the sole discretion of No-Mar.
3- All returns are subject to a nonnegotiable 25% restocking fee, at the sole discretion of No-Mar.
4- All return, refund, exchange, and credit decisions are solely at the discretion of No-Mar Enterprises, including the amount of refund or credit, if issued.
5- If any item is worn, assembled or used it does not qualify for a full refund.
6- Please CALL OUR OFFICE for an RMA number BEFORE sending back any item for refund or replacement. We are not obligated to do anything with a product that shows up at our facility without an RMA number.
7- Returned items without and RMA number will not be refunded or credited. Contact us here for returns or questions.
8- The purchaser agrees to pay all charges for the return shipping.
9- All parts, bolt packages, instructions, and original packaging material and boxes must be included in the return. Failure to include any of these items will result in additional fees, and charges.
10- Original shipping charges to the purchasers address are not refundable, under any circumstances.
10- If you are returning an item that was purchased with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges No-Mar incurred will be deducted from your refund amount, if a refund is given.
