Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges

"No-Mar" means No-Mar Enterprises, LLC.

Limited Warranty

  • This warranty is effective as of 12:01AM Central Standard Time on Monday, January 4, 2016, and supersedes and replaces any and all previous warranty policy(ies) issued by No-Mar or its predecessors. Any and all such previous policies are null and void.
  • The length of any warranty on No-Mar products varies, please see the specific product page for warranty period.
  • Surface finish is not warrantied as the products sold by No-Mar are considered tools, and contact points will produce normal wear. Colors and patterns in finish may vary.
  • No-Mar is not responsible for, and will not warranty products showing apparent misuse, alteration, or abuse. You agree that No-Mar is the sole arbiter when it comes to determinations regarding such misuse, alteration, or abuse.
  • Warranties on structural steel parts of No-Mar products vary depending on the model and purchase date.
  • Warranties apply only to original purchasers of record and are not transferable. Product is automatically registered to buyer(s) at time of purchase when purchased factory-direct. Products purchased from Authorized Dealers must supply the original invoice from that Authorized Dealer.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Proof must be in the form of a copy of an original invoice/sales receipt or order confirmation email, which includes the date of purchase in the owner's name.
  • Warranties apply to No-Mar products and parts only. Third-party products such as (but not limited to) wheels and tires are not covered under this warranty.
  • Consumable/wear items such as tips and other UHMW, plastic and nylon parts are NOT covered under warranty and are considered normal wear and tear. Customers who purchased a complete tire changer before January 1, 2016 are entitled to ONE free replacement of any plastic consumable parts included with the original tire changer. The warranty in effect on December 31, 2015 and earlier covered the lifetime of the original part, not the lifetime of the replacement part, or the lifetime of the purchaser. Such customers must call ahead for an RMA to confirm eligibility and determine the applicable shipping and handling fee. Items sent in without an RMA will be discarded.
  • The rubber coating on YellowThing® and XtraHand® Clamp tools are covered for the lifetime of the original tool provided there are no signs of misuse, abuse, or alteration. See the details of our YellowThing®/XtraHand® Clamp Exchange Program below.
  • Any products or parts replaced under warranty carry a 90 day warranty from the date of shipment.
  • Shipping of products for warranty claims both from the customer to No-Mar, and from No-Mar to the customer is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • No-Mar reserves the right to revise, update, modify, or revoke the terms of this, any, and all warranty policy(ies) at any time and for any reason. No-Mar reserves the right to determine whether to honor or dishonor any warranty as it deems appropriate based solely on the subjective judgment of No-Mar ownership, employees, and authorized agents.

Returns

  • All returns must be initiated no later than 30 days from the original date of sale.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by No-Mar.
  • All returns must be received by No-Mar no later than 30 days from the original delivery date, or 10 days after an RMA is issued.
  • Only items that are in 'new' condition and include all original packaging, are eligible for a refund.
  • All returns are subject to a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee.
  • All return, refund, exchange, and merchandise credit decisions are solely at the discretion of No-Mar Enterprises LLC, including the amount of refund or credit, if issued.
  • If any item is worn, assembled or used it does not qualify as 'new' condition.
  • If any refund is to be issued, it will not be until after the returned items have been fully inventoried and inspected, which can take 7-10 business days.
  • You must CALL OUR OFFICE for an RMA number BEFORE sending back any item for refund or replacement. We are not obligated to do anything with a product that shows up at our facility without an RMA number.
  • Returned items without an RMA number will not be refunded or credited. Call us regarding returns or questions related to returns.
  • The purchaser agrees to pay all charges for the return shipping, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • All parts, bolt packages, instructions, and original packaging material and boxes must be included in the return. Failure to include any of these items will result in additional fees, and charges.
  • Original shipping charges to the purchaser's address are not refundable under any circumstances.
  • If you are returning an item that was purchased with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges No-Mar incurred will be deducted from your refund amount, if a refund is given.

CONSUMABLE PLASTIC PARTS (TIPS, ETC.) ARE NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY OR EXCHANGE PROGRAM.
DAMAGED PLASTIC PARTS RECEIVED FOR EXCHANGE WILL BE DISCARDED.

YellowThing
®/XtraHand® Clamp Exchange Program for U.S. Shipping Addresses:

Option 1:
  1. Advance purchase the replacement YellowThing® and/or XtraHand® Clamp tool(s) you need via our website or over the phone.
  2. Return your defective YellowThing® and/or XtraHand® Clamp tool(s) with a copy of the invoice/packing slip included with your replacement order to us at:

  4. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item(s), we will issue a STORE CREDIT for the amount paid in advance for the replacement item(s) (credit subject to being prorated if items returned do not match the quantity of items purchased). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes and fees will not be credited. Shipping charges both ways are the customer's responsibility.
  5. Store credits can be applied towards future purchases up to one (1) year from date issued.
  6. We do not refund/credit advance purchase YellowThing®/XtraHand® Clamp exchange program replacement item(s); store credit only.
  7. Items other than YellowThing® or XtraHand® Clamp tool(s) returned for warranty exchange which are ineligible will not be issued any store credit.

Option 2:
  1. Package the YellowThing® and/or XtraHand® Clamp tool(s) you are returning and include a note with your name, address, telephone number and email address, along with payment for return shipping and handling as described below. If you know your customer number, including that will expedite the exchange process.
  2. To cover return shipping and handling costs, enclose a check or money order payable to "No-Mar Enterprises LLC" in the amount of $15.00 for up to 2-3 small items, or $25.00 for larger items. (If you're not sure which return shipping fee applies, usually 3 YellowThing® or XtraHand® Clamp tool(s) or any combination thereof qualify as a "small" package, and any more than 3 qualify as a "large" package. If you are unsure which fee applied to your case, please please call us first.) Shipping & handling charges both ways are the customer's responsibility. No replacement items will be shipped without payment for return shipping & handling. Payment of an amount less than detailed above will be held pending contact from the customer, we will not contact you for insufficient payment.
  3. DO NOT send your item(s) for exchange without payment. They will be discarded after 30 days. If we have to take the time to chase you down for payment, there is an additional $25.00 labor charge in addition to the applicable exchange shipping & handling fee.

  6. YellowThing®/XtraHand® Clamp Exchange Program orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 (seven) business day of receipt.
  7. Items sent in for exchange which are ineligible (such as plastic consumable parts) will not be exchanged, and any funds received for return shipping will be credited as a store credit towards future purchases.
  8. We DO NOT accept prepaid shipping labels included with returned items. There are other costs (time & labor) to processing an exchange aside from shipping cost alone.

  4. Once your parts have been received and processed, we will email you with return shipping and handling costs. Payment must be received within 30 days of such email or the parts will be discarded and the exchange order canceled.

  6. Items sent in for exchange which are ineligible (such as plastic consumable parts) will not be exchanged, and any funds received for return shipping will be credited as a store credit towards future purchases.
